Based in the splendid Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, São Silvestre farm bears witness to the magnificent coffee cultivated by the Andrade family since the early 1990s. Encompassing a vast 400-hectare coffee plantation adorned with over 2 million coffee trees, it is surrounded by beautiful, untouched wilderness and the Paranãbas River.
Farm owner Ismael is convinced that the secret to high-quality, conscious coffee lies in trusting natural processes, allowing the ever-changing climatic conditions to play with both the coffee yield and its flavor nuances.
